Delaney Rickert-Hall BA, MFE
Delaney Rickert-Hall is an Associate Consultant with IG Private Wealth Management and the lead for the Builder Division of the practice. She works primarily with high earning individuals and couples who are early in their wealth journey and focused on building their first $1 million in investments through a structured, personalized financial planning approach.
Delaney specializes in supporting young professionals who are engaged, coachable, and motivated to take an active role in their financial decision making. Her work focuses on helping clients build clarity and confidence as they navigate major milestones, life transitions, and increasingly complex financial choices.
Her approach combines a strong analytical foundation with a deep understanding of people and behavior. Delaney holds degrees in psychology and economics, as well as a Master of Financial Economics, and began her career in paraplanning, where she developed detailed financial plans and built a strong technical foundation. Today, she brings that analytical discipline into a relationship focused role, translating complexity into practical, actionable guidance that aligns with each client’s values and priorities.
Outside of work, soccer has been a constant throughout Delaney’s life. She has played at the varsity and semi professional levels and has coached across a wide range of age groups, including assisting with a university women’s program. Those experiences shaped her communication and leadership style and reinforce her belief that successful financial planning, like coaching, is about setting a strategy, adjusting when circumstances change, and supporting people as they work toward long term goals.
